In general be kind, don't be disruptive, and follow channel topics. Overall this is a server to have fun and be chill. Keep in mind that channels will almost always have additional rules.
Be kind to others and don't promote hostility. Be mindful of current discussions and don't consistently interrupt the conversation of others. Don't intentionally make yourself difficult to deal with or set out to be annoying to everyone else. Discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, and gender is forbidden, as well as harassment of any kind.
Do not rapidly fill the chat with unnecessary amounts of text, images, or emotes. Do not promote or join in emote or text chains. Do not intentionally repost the same things in chat periodically. Using spoiler tags excessively on non-spoiler content is spam.
This is not a roleplay server and no channel outside #off-topic permits it. Pretending to be a character or someone that interracts with other characters is roleplay. Excessively making actions in chat, either through text or emotes, is also not allowed. While also a spam channel, #bot-spam is not intended for roleplay, especially through bots.
Do not post content, especially images, that have no purpose other than riling up a reaction for being overly shocking or NSFL. Randomly dropping this stuff in chat with the intention of disrupting conversation is not allowed.
Serious discussion on highly controversial topics, such as religion and politics, is not allowed. There are communities that are a better fit for those who want to share and debate such things elsewhere.
We aren't therapists and this is not the place for topics on depression, consistent venting on life events, or other negatively perceived topics. We try to maintain a positive and happy atmosphere. For those who need someone to talk to we strongly encourage seeking help in communities that are better equipped to help others.
We do not care if you got banned on another server. Discussion on drama occurring in other communities is not welcome. Do not use our server for a fight that should be in DM's. Those that join this server to hunt someone down for malicious reasons are not welcome.
Any names that are too hard to ping or annoying to look at will be forcibly changed to something more reasonable. Must be mostly regular English characters. If a name isn't fitting we may ask you to change it or do it ourselves.

This is an English-speaking community. We do not expect staff to speak extra languages and we cannot moderate what we do not understand. Any excessive text in another language will be removed.

Under no circumstances are links to other communities allowed without Admin permission. Advertising a community through other means such as bringing it up in chat, getting people to DM for links, or any other indirect public means in the server is not allowed.
Those with tenure on the server are typically welcome to share things like streams but in strong moderation. If we find that a user's only activity in the server is to advertise something, they will be removed.
In the proper channels most art and projects to show the server are fine.
We welcome and encourage the sharing of Neptunia fan-made works. Self-promotion of streams, videos, art, commissions, fanfiction, mods, and games are allowed as long as it doesn't become obnoxiously routine. This does not include sharing other Neptunia communities.
